This eco-art is in honour of Keane and all boys who choose to wear their hair long. The intention is to help him to have the courage and strength to walk his own path.

The feather will protect, the cedar will bring in positive energy and remove negative energy and the Grandfathers (fossils) are healers.

The power in our long hair and our Indigenous cultural beliefs are to be respected everywhere, especially in schools, hence why I chose orange.
